Guarantee/Warranty:

a) Labor is guaranteed for 30 days after completion of work.

b) Software, hardware and other parts must be provided by the customer and is guaranteed by the individual hardware manufacturer’s warranty.

c) MTN Computer Services is not responsible for any additional hardware installed by the customer or employee into or onto any computer that we have serviced after completion of work, nor any damage caused by any such installation.

d) MTN Computer Services is not responsible for any other software or applications installed by the customer or employee on any computer that we have serviced after completion of work, nor any damage caused by any such installation.

e) MTN Computer Services is not responsible for any damage by customer or employee in blocking any air flow vents or any physical damage caused by customer or employee, or damage caused by power failures.

f) MTN Computer Services is not responsible for loss or corruption of any of the customers data during data transfer operations.

g) Any work done "c thru f" will be charged to the client at the current hourly rate plus a travel time fee if outside Bonner County.

h) Any returned check will incur a $60.00 fee.

i) NO REFUNDS !
